The Cascais Hospital purchased SOFTLIMITS’ Support and Corporate TV Management System for its External Practice, Emergencies and Physical Rehab, based on the MSWAIT and INTRAPUB solutions.
Integrated with the hospital’s clinical management system, the kiosks will offer automatic user check-in, which will validate consultation times, as well as pay the respective fees.
MSWAIT is a product aimed at implementing integrated customer support management solutions, ensuring effective management of workflow, waiting queues and related processes.
